*Customers have 14 days from original purchase date to return item(s) for in-store credit. A receipt must be present. No exceptions. No Exchanges. *Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at. *Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with original tags in place and no signs of wear. Please return shoes by mail in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. Do not tape or place shipping labels on the original shoe box. $8 will be deducted for box damage if this is not followed. *Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Customer assumes responsibility for returning items to the address below.
*Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and the original invoice included.
*Returns will not be excepted if there are any stains, cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn.
*Items will be returned at the expense of the customer.
*All sales items, earrings, headwear, camisoles, bralettes, belts, gift cards, and food items are FINAL SALE. Including promotional sales. *All returns are subject to denial.
In-Store Credit & Gift Cards/Certificates
*Store credit needs to be accompanied by gift card/certificate to receive credit. We will not store your store credit for you. Store credit will be issued up to six months out from date of return.
*Gift Certificates are issued out up to one year from purchase date.
*Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we do not process exchanges. You may wait for your store credit to repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. However, we recommend purchasing the correct size/style immediately (if available) and using your return store credit for another item.
Holiday Return Policy:
*Due to the holidays and shopping for gifts, we offer an extended holiday return policy. Any purchases made from November 15th through December 24th can be returned for store credit/exchange until January 15th! If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that the store credit for any returns will be issued in this way. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY, such as original receipt. *Please note that sale items and any door busters are final sale and will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.
